Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Executive to support the planning, coordination, and execution of construction and interior fit-out projects. This is an excellent chance for fresh Civil Engineering graduates who are eager to gain hands-on experience in project execution, site coordination, and quality management within the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Manager in the execution and monitoring of construction and interior fit-out projects.
- Coordinate daily site activities with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and consultants.
- Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed according to approved drawings and timelines.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications.
- Maintain daily site reports, progress updates, and project documentation.
- Assist in material tracking, inventory coordination, and site logistics.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of project milestones.
- Identify site issues and escalate concerns to the Project Manager when required.
- Support project planning, scheduling, and coordination meetings.
- Ensure proper documentation of work completed and maintain project records.
