Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery products.
- Explain product features, pricing, craftsmanship, and brand story.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Handle billing, POS transactions, and cash/card payments accurately.
- Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards.
- Assist in inventory management, stock counting, and replenishment.
- Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Follow airport security, safety, and operational guidelines.
- Maintain excellent grooming and professional appearance at all times.
- Freshers can apply; experience in jewellery, luxury retail, fashion, or airport retail preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi; Telugu will be an added advantage.
- Customer-centric attitude and sales orientation.
- Willingness to work 12-hour rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Preferred Skills
- Retail sales and customer service.
- Jewellery product knowledge (preferred).
- POS billing and basic computer skills.
- Upselling and cross-selling abilities.
- Good grooming and interpersonal skills.
