Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records.
- Perform data entry of financial transactions in accounting software.
- Bank, vendor, and customer account reconciliations.
- Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and receipts.
- Record purchase and sales entries.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Assist in GST-related documentation and record keeping.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Maintain proper filing of financial documents.
- Coordinate with internal departments for financial data and reports.
- Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
- 1 years of accounting experience preferred (Freshers with good accounting knowledge may also apply).
- Basic knowledge of Tally.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Understanding of bookkeeping, reconciliations, and accounting principles.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Positive communication and organizational skills.
