About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated individual to join our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) team. As a CSR Executive, you will play a supportive role in planning, executing, and monitoring our community development projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent Master of Social Work (MSW) graduate looking to start their career in the corporate social impact sector.

You will work closely with our core CSR team, NGO partners, and community stakeholders to ensure our initiatives deliver meaningful, on-the-ground impact.

Key Responsibilities
- Project Implementation: Assist in the day-to-day execution of CSR programs across various domains (e.g., Education, Healthcare, Environment, Livelihood).
- Community Mobilization: Conduct field visits, community outreach,



and awareness campaigns to engage beneficiaries and understand grassroots challenges.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Act as a bridge between the company, implementation partners (NGOs), and the local communities.
- Monitoring & Data Collection: Assist in tracking project progress, conducting surveys, and collecting qualitative/quantitative data for impact assessment.
- Reporting & Documentation: Help prepare project updates, case studies, field reports, and presentations for internal management.
- Event Management: Support the planning and execution of employee volunteering activities, health camps, or community workshops.

Qualifications & Eligibility
- Education: Master of Social Work (MSW) or a master’s degree in Rural Development / Social Sciences from a recognized university.
- Experience: Freshers are welcome. Any prior internship or volunteering experience in the development sector, NGOs, or CSR foundations is a strong plus.
