- Basic understanding of business functions like accounts, procurement, or inventory — even from college projects or internships
- Good with Excel — you can work with data without being overwhelmed by it
- Clear communicator — you can explain things simply and follow up without needing to be reminded
- Willing to learn — you ask good questions, take feedback well, and want to grow
Good to Have
- Exposure to any ERP platform — even during internships or college projects
- Basic knowledge of SQL or databases
- Interest in how business processes and systems connect
- Troubleshoot and Resolve: Work through basic to intermediate system issues, figure out what went wrong, and fix it — or flag it to the right person if it needs to go higher
- Prepare Reports: Pull and compile reports from the ERP system for management and departments — accurately and on time
- Help People Learn: Assist in training new users, put together straightforward how-to guides, and make it easier for teams to use the tools they already have
- Spot What Can Be Better: Pay attention to where teams are struggling with the system and share observations that could improve how things are done
- Follow Up on Vendor Issues: Coordinate with the ERP vendor when patches or fixes are needed and make sure open issues don't fall through the cr
