Key Responsibilities
Academic Leadership
Lead and implement the ICSE/ISC curriculum effectively.
Monitor academic performance and ensure high educational standards.
Develop strategies for continuous improvement in teaching and learning.

Manage day-to-day school operations.
Develop and implement school policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with ICSE guidelines and educational regulations.
Oversee school budgets, resources, and infrastructures
Staff Management
Recruit, mentor,
and evaluate teaching and non-teaching staff.
Conduct performance reviews and professional development programs.
Foster a collaborative and productive work culture.
Student Development
Promote academic excellence, discipline, and holistic development.
Monitor student progress and implement intervention programs when required.
Ensure a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.
Parent & Community Relations
Maintain effective communication with parents and stakeholders.
Organize parent-teacher meetings and community engagement activities.

Required Qualifications
Master's Degree in any discipline.
B.Ed./M.Ed. (mandatory).
Minimum 5-10 years of teaching experience.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience as Principal/Vice Principal/Academic Head in an ICSE or reputed school.
