1. Generate and qualify leads through walk-ins, referrals, digital platforms, and channel partners.

2. Follow up with prospective customers and convert inquiries into sales.

3. Conduct property presentations and site visits for clients.

4. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.

5. Build and maintain solid relationships with clients and channel partners.

6. Negotiate and close sales while ensuring a smooth customer experience.

7. Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM regularly.

8. Coordinate with the sales, marketing, and documentation teams to ensure timely processing.

9. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

10. Stay updated on project details, pricing, inventory, and market trends.

11. Achieve individual monthly and quarterly sales targets.

If you are fresher so your's salary is 15 to 20 k

And you are experienced so your's salary is 20 to 50 k

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
