About the Role

We're looking for a highly creative Social Media Marketing Manager who can take ownership of the complete content creation process—from strategy to publishing.

This is not a desk-only role.

You'll be brainstorming concepts, planning monthly content calendars, writing scripts, directing shoots, filming content, editing videos,



designing engaging posts, and ensuring every piece of content reflects the brand's identity.

We're looking for someone who understands storytelling, marketing psychology, and platform algorithms—not someone who simply follows trends.

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy
- Develop monthly social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Plan content pillars for different brands and industries.
- Research trends, competitors, and audience behaviour.
- Generate creative campaign ideas and viral content concepts.

Content Planning
- Create detailed monthly content calendars.
- Plan Instagram Reels, carousels, stories, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn content.
- Coordinate content production timelines with the team.

Scriptwriting
- Write engaging scripts for reels, advertisements, interviews, testimonials, educational content, and brand storytelling.
