Key Responsibilities
- Teach Physics to Classes XI and XII in accordance with the CBSE curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, practical activities, and assessments.
- Conduct engaging classroom sessions that promote critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Monitor and evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Support students in preparing for CBSE board examinations and competitive exams.
- Maintain academic records, progress reports, and attendance records.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings, staff meetings, and school activities.
- Stay updated with CBSE guidelines and modern teaching methodologies.
Requirements:
- Master's Degree in Physics from a recognized university.
- B.Ed. qualification is mandatory.
- 3-6 years of experience as a PGT Physics Teacher in a CBSE-affiliated school.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate senior secondary students.
Preferred Skills
- Experience conducting Physics laboratory sessions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with digital teaching tools and smart classroom technologies.
