Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Sales Executive to join our Commercial Real Estate Sales team. The primary responsibility of the Sales Executive is to engage with prospective clients using company-provided leads, build relationships, and successfully schedule office visits where clients can receive detailed project presentations from the management team.

Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective clients using the leads and phone numbers provided by the company.
- Understand the client's investment requirements and generate interest in Q9's commercial real estate projects.
- Explain the basic project highlights, investment benefits, and rental income opportunities.
- Follow up with prospects through calls, WhatsApp, and SMS in a professional and timely manner.
- Convince interested clients to visit the Q9 office for a detailed presentation and discussion.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate office visits with the sales management team.




- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions in the CRM system.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with investors.
- Meet daily calling, follow-up, and office visit targets.
- Coordinate with the Sales Manager, General Manager, and Directors regarding scheduled client meetings.
