ICU Responsibilities
- Assess, examine, and monitor critically ill patients admitted to the ICU.
- Assist consultants and intensivists in patient management and procedures.
- Monitor vital signs, ventilator parameters, and clinical progress of ICU patients.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and code blue situations.
- Initiate emergency treatment as per hospital protocols until consultant intervention.
- Coordinate with nursing staff for implementation of treatment plans.
- Maintain detailed and accurate ICU patient records.
- Ensure compliance with infection control and ICU safety protocols.
- Assist in procedures such as central line insertion, intubation, arterial blood gas sampling, catheterization, and other critical care procedures as required.

Ward Responsibilities
- Conduct daily patient rounds and assess admitted patients.
- Review investigation reports and communicate significant findings to consultants.
- Implement treatment plans as prescribed by consultants.
- Attend patient complaints and clinical concerns promptly.




- Manage pre-operative and post-operative patients as applicable.
- Handle medical emergencies occurring within the wards.
- Ensure proper documentation of patient assessments, treatment, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
- Coordinate referrals and consultations with other specialties.

Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain complete and accurate patient records.
- Ensure proper documentation of all medical interventions and communications.
- Comply with hospital policies, NABH standards, and statutory regulations.
- Participate in clinical audits, quality initiatives, and departmental meetings.

Communication & Coordination
- Communicate effectively with consultants, nursing staff, patients, and attendants.
- Counsel patients and relatives regarding treatment plans as directed by consultants.
- Coordinate with laboratory, radiology, pharmacy, and other departments for patient care.

Pay: ₹300.00 - ₹375.00 per hour
