We are looking for a versatile individual who is competent to handle merchandising operations to drive a key
business portfolio.
The Job:
- Responsible to handle the end-to-end order management from PO entry to Shipment for the allocated
customer account.
- Work on provisions related to Inventory and Accounts Receivable by identifying potential risks, reviewing
outstanding balances, and coordinating with finance teams for accurate financial reporting.
- Responsible to work with the cross functional team on order follow up for development and bulk orders.
- Ensure the customer communication on all orders are being communicated on time and if any feedback are
received the same needs to be updated to the relevant teams.
- Strictly adhere to the Time & Action plan to achieve 100% OTD.
- Liaise with internal / external cross-functional teams whilst building lasting relationships with the customer.
The Person:
Essential: Should be a valuable interpersonal skill to manage diverse customer accounts.
- Possess a Degree in Marketing, Management, Textile Engineering or Any Other Equivalent Qualification
- 2 to 6 year experience as Merchandiser in Textile/Garment Industry.
- Demonstrable Ability to Communicate, Present and Influence Key Stakeholders at All Levels
- Good Analytical Capability.
- Basic Computer Skills of Office Applications (working knowledge in SAP will be more advantage).
