Market Development
- Promote specialty fertilizers and growth promoter products in the assigned territory.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop current markets.
- Build strong relationships with distributors, dealers, retailers, and institutional customers.
- Conduct market surveys to understand competitor activities, pricing, and product positioning.
Farmer Engagement
- Organize farmer meetings, field demonstrations, crop seminars, and awareness programs.
- Provide crop-specific nutrient management recommendations.
Sales Promotion
- Execute promotional campaigns to increase product visibility and sales.
- Support dealers with product training and sales materials.
- Coordinate with the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Generate product demand through field visits and customer interactions.
Technical Support
- Assist customers in resolving product-related queries.
- Collect and report field performance data and customer feedback.
- Monitor inventory movement at distributor and dealer levels.
- Prepare monthly territory performance reports.
- Update CRM and customer databases regularly.
Qualifications
Education
- B.Sc. Agriculture / M.Sc. Agriculture
- B.Tech Agriculture Engineering
- Diploma in Agriculture
- MBA (Marketing) will be an added advantage
Experience
- 1-5 years of experience in agricultural inputs, specialty fertilizers, crop nutrition, bio-stimulants, or agrochemical marketing.
- Fresh graduates with strong agricultural knowledge may also apply.
