Key Responsibilities
- Process customer orders accurately and within the defined timelines.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch.
- Verify products, quantities, and packaging before shipment.
- Coordinate with courier/logistics partners for timely dispatch.
- Maintain accurate records of inward and outward stock.
- Perform inventory checks and report stock discrepancies.
- Update order and inventory status in ERP/WMS or Excel.
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with the Operations and Customer Support teams regarding order-related issues.
- Assist in stock audits and warehouse process improvements.

Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Atleast 1 yearof experience in warehouse operations, order processing, or inventory management.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Experience with ERP/WMS software will be an added advantage.




- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced warehouse environment.

Preferred Skills
- E-commerce warehouse experience.
- Knowledge of inventory management.
