Roles and Responsibilities:
- Oversee all responsibilities of the Front Desk cum Sales Executive.
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales and ensure monthly targets are achieved.
- Track pending renewals for the studio.
- Monitor client retention and reduce drop-offs.
- Ensure follow-ups are taken on all inquiries and trial sessions.
- Ensure CRM software and all required sheets are properly updated.
- Handle client and staff conflict resolution in a qualified and timely manner.
- Ensure daily reporting is submitted to the Operations Head.
- Maintain discipline, punctuality, and grooming standards of the team.

Timings : Either 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. or 1:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
