About the role

OneNBM is looking for a Senior Technical SEO Manager with robust experience in technical SEO, large websites, marketplaces or programmatic SEO.

The person will independently lead the SEO function for a large B2B pharmaceutical marketplace and other client accounts. The role involves creating scalable SEO strategies, defining programmatic page architecture, working closely with developers, auditing implementation and improving organic rankings and qualified leads.

Key responsibilities
- Create and manage complete SEO strategies for client accounts.
- Design programmatic SEO structures involving combinations such as product, category, supplier type and location.
- Conduct keyword research and map keywords to suitable page types.
- Define SEO-friendly URL structures, page templates and content requirements.
- Create scalable rules for titles, meta descriptions, H1 tags and internal linking.
- Define canonical, index/noindex,



pagination and faceted-navigation rules.
- Recommend appropriate structured data and schema requirements.
- Coordinate directly with developers for SEO implementation.
- Prepare clear technical SEO briefs and development tickets.
- Audit staging and live websites before approving page launches.
- Crawl and analyse thousands of pages using tools such as Screaming Frog.
- Identify duplicate, thin, orphaned and incorrectly indexed pages.
- Manage XML sitemaps, robots.txt and crawlability requirements.
- Monitor Google Search Console, GA4, rankings, traffic and conversions.
- Manage page indexing and investigate crawling or indexation issues.
- Conduct competitor and content-gap analysis.
- Plan content clusters, category content and supporting blogs.
- Oversee backlink building and supplier-link outreach.
- Review work completed by SEO executives and content writers.
