The videos produced in this role will play a critical role in showcasing products across e-commerce platforms, social media channels, and digital marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Primary Focus: Video Editing (70-80%)

Edit high-quality short-form and promotional videos aligned with brand guidelines and creative objectives.

Manage the complete post-production workflow including:
Video assembly

Color correction and grading

Sound synchronization

Audio enhancement

Motion graphics integration

Exporting and optimization for multiple platforms

Edit content featuring models, influencers, and creators while maintaining visual consistency and storytelling quality.

Collaborate with marketing, creative, and product teams to deliver engaging video assets.

Ensure videos meet technical specifications and platform requirements.

Organize and maintain video assets, project files, and content libraries.

Secondary Focus: Video Production & Shooting (20-30%)

Capture video content using smartphones and/or mirrorless cameras.





Direct models, creators, and influencers during shoots to achieve desired creative outcomes.

Lighting

Framing

Camera movement

Ensure high-quality footage suitable for post-production and digital distribution.

Coordinate with internal teams to execute content calendars and shooting schedules.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

Strong understanding of video editing workflows and post-production processes.

Proficiency in DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro.

Knowledge of video formats, codecs, resolutions, and export settings.

Basic understanding of color grading and audio editing.

Experience creating short-form content for social media and e-commerce platforms.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
