About HydroSolid

To scale our technology and establish our production team in Ahmedabad, India, we are looking for a highly motivated skilled to take responsibility for the complete material supply chain - from raw material sourcing to the production of finished hydrogen storage material.

This position combines material development, supplier management, industrialization, and quality assurance, playing a key role in building our future production capabilities.

Your Responsibilities

You will serve as the interface between Research & Development, Procurement, Production, and Quality Assurance.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Sourcing and qualifying raw materials and hydrogen storage materials
- Building and expanding an international supplier network
- Identifying, evaluating, and qualifying new suppliers
- Leading the scale-up process from laboratory development to industrial production
- Ensuring a robust and reproducible manufacturing process for the hydrogen storage material
- Coordinating material production together with suppliers and manufacturing partners
- Planning,



supervising, and evaluating material testing activities
- Establishing quality assurance procedures for raw materials, intermediate products, and finished storage materials
- Preparing material specifications, process specifications, and quality standards
- Analyzing and optimizing manufacturing processes with respect to quality, cost, and scalability
- Collaborating with international universities, research institutes, and industrial partners
- Supporting technology transfer from R&D; into serial production
- Working closely with our engineering teams in Austria and India

Your Profile
- University degree in one of the following disciplines:
- Materials Science
- Materials Engineering
- Metallurgy
- Chemical Engineering
- Chemistry
- Process Engineering
- Physics
- or a comparable technical field
- Experience in the development and processing of advanced functional materials
- Expe
