Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the Parts Department.
- Maintain optimum inventory levels and ensure timely availability of genuine Suzuki parts.
- Plan and execute parts ordering
- Monitor stock movement, inventory accuracy, and reorder levels.
- Achieve monthly parts sales and profitability targets.
- Coordinate with the Service Department to ensure smooth workflow.
- Supervise and guide the parts team to achieve departmental goals.
- Ensure proper documentation, stock audits, and inventory control.
- Resolve customer and internal department queries related to spare parts.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Requirementss
- 5-8 years of experience as a Parts Manager or Senior Parts Executive in an automobile dealership.
- Good knowledge of inventory management and spare parts operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and dealership management systems (DMS).
