I am hiring a Social Media Strategist at PaperBot.

We need achievers for this role as growing a Linkedln or Instagram account well is a real skill. I want someone who has genuinely done it, not someone who posts on a schedule and hopes.

I'm looking for someone who:
1. Has grown founder and brand accounts, and can show me the handles and the before-and-after.

2. Knows Linkedin and Instagram deeply, with YouTube as a bonus

3. Knows how to research topics as per the target audience needs

4. Can shape a hook and a narrative, not just schedule a post

5. Can think from an audience POV and can produce inbounds.

You'd own account strategy and execution end-to-end across different accounts.

Location: Gurugram. In-office.
