Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor Alu-Alu blister packing machines as per production schedules.
- Perform machine setup, changeovers, and adjustments for different products and batch sizes.
- Ensure proper blister packing quality and minimize product rejection.
- Carry out routine machine cleaning, lubrication, and basic preventive maintenance.
- Maintain batch manufacturing and packing records accurately.
- Follow SOPs, cGMP, and safety guidelines during production activities.
- Identify and troubleshoot minor machine issues and coordinate with the maintenance team when required.
- Perform line clearance before and after production.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
- Meet daily production targets while maintaining product quality.
Required Qualifications
- ITI / Diploma / Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or equivalent.
- Experience: 2-5 years as an Alu-Alu Blister Machine Operator in a Pharmaceutical OSD Plant.
Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience operating Alu-Alu blister packing machines.
- Knowledge of blister packing processes and packaging materials.
- Familiarity with cGMP, SOPs, and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
- Basic troubleshooting and machine handling skills.
- Ability to work in shifts and under production deadlines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience in regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Immediate to 30-day notice period preferred.
