Experience:3+ years of agency experience in digital account management, client servicing, or digital marketing.





Key Accountabilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts and build strong client relationships.
- Manage end-to-end execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital platforms.
- Coordinate with Creative, Strategy, Media, Content, and Production teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Develop project timelines, manage campaign workflows, and ensure quality execution.
- Support campaign planning, client presentations, review meetings, and brainstorming sessions.
- Monitor campaign performance and work with internal teams to identify optimization opportunities.
- Ensure deliverables meet client expectations, timelines, and business objectives.
- Maintain robust stakeholder communication and proactively resolve client queries.

Qualifications & Requisite Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in Account Management/Client Servicing within an advert
