Job Summary

Key Responsibilities Invoicing & Billing
- Generate and manage customer invoices accurately and on time.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and maintain receivables records.
- Verify sales orders and billing information before invoice creation.

Bookkeeping & Accounting
- Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate books of accounts.
- Manage sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, and payment entries.
- Maintain ledgers and ensure proper documentation of financial records.

Zoho Books Management
- Handle day-to-day accounting activities in Zoho Books.
- Create and manage customers, vendors, products, and accounting records.
- Ensure all transactions are accurately recorded in the system.
- Generate reports and maintain financial data integrity.

Bank & Account Reconciliation
- Perform bank reconciliation regularly.
- Verify account balances and identify discrepancies.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve accounting issues.

Financial Documentation
- Maintain organized records of invoices, vouchers, bills, and financial documents.




- Ensure compliance with company accounting procedures and policies.
- Support audit and reporting requirements when needed.

Administrative Support
- Assist in preparing financial reports and management summaries.
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams regarding billing and payment matters.
- Support finance-related administrative activities.

Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles and accounting practices.
- Hands-on experience with Zoho Books.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Positive numerical and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B. Com), Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 0-1 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance operations.
- Experience with Zoho Books.
