KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle accounting and tax
- related tasks using TurboTax.
- Resolve customer queries related to TurboTax.
- Assist with foreign accounting processes.
- Troubleshoot technical issues with TurboTax.
- Review and maintain accurate financial records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues.
- Maintain proper documentation of support cases.
- Stay updated on TurboTax features and accounting standards.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience or strong knowledge of TurboTax is mandatory.
- Knowledge or experience in foreign accounting (US, UK,



Canada or other international accounting practices) is preferred.
- Robust technical troubleshooting skills to handle queries.
- Excellent communication skills
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.

SALARY AND BENEFITS:
