Job Summary:
Responsible for supervising on-site construction activities, ensuring quality execution, monitoring project progress, and coordinating with contractors and project teams for residential projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day residential construction activities
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, consultants, and vendors
- Monitor project progress, quality standards, and safety compliance
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues
- Verify measurements and maintain site records and reports
- Manage material requirements and monitor resource utilization
- Ensure timely completion of project milestones
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports

Skills Required:




- Strong knowledge of residential construction and site execution
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- Knowledge of quality control and safety standards
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Problem-solving and project management abilities

Qualification & Experience:
- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- 2-6 years of experience in residential construction projects

Preferred Experience:
- Experience in apartments, villas, townships, and residential building projects
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, billing, estimation, and project planning

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
