Role: Growth Lead

Location: Gurgaon (Onsite)

We’re looking for a Lead Growth to drive Luna’s D2C expansion, optimize online sales, and build a global community. If you thrive in a high-ownership, fast-paced environment and know how to balance performance marketing with brand storytelling, this is for you.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead Shopify and eCommerce strategy to drive global expansion, ensuring seamless customer experience and optimized operations.
- Manage paid channels (Google, Meta, TikTok etc) to drive customer acquisition while maintaining productive CAC and maximizing ROAS.
- Grow sales on Amazon and international platforms through optimized listings, pricing, and targeted advertising
- Enhance organic visibility with high-ranking,



conversion-driven content across web, blog, and product pages
- Build a strong creator-led marketing engine with influencers and affiliates to drive brand reach and revenue.
- Leverage analytics and insights to optimize marketing strategies, improve attribution, and fuel profitable scaling.
- Strengthen brand identity and customer loyalty through organic and paid strategies, including UGC and retention programs.

What You Bring:
- B.Tech/MBA from a renowned university is preferred
- Proven success in D2C eCommerce (Shopify experience a must)companies
- 6+ years of industry experiencepreferable working for a consumer electronics company
- Experience scaling online sales & launching products globally
- A hustler’s mindset - high ownership, adaptability & a global perspective (US/International experience preferred)
