Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and understand user behavior to improve the overall user experience.
- Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, prototypes, and design systems.
- Collaborate with developers, digital marketers, and project managers to deliver high-quality designs.
- Ensure responsive and mobile-friendly designs across different devices.
- Improve existing UI based on user feedback and usability testing.
- Maintain consistency in branding, typography, colors, and design standards.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
- Prepare design assets and collaborate with developers during implementation.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Figma (mandatory).
- Experience with Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
- Understanding of responsive web design and mobile-first design principles.
- Knowledge of wireframing, prototyping, and user journey mapping.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts will be an added advantage.
- Strong problem-solving, creativity, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
- A strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects.
- Experience working in a digital marketing, IT, or software development company will be an advantage.
