- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and able to manage time effectively.
- Able to work on multiple simultaneous projects without affecting quality.
- Demonstrated willingness to learn new technologies.
- Ability to work well with remote team members.

- Has experience with defect tracking and test case management tools.
