Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Interior Designer who can independently manage clients, convert leads into projects, and drive the entire design journey from concept to completion.
This role requires a balance of design expertise + client handling + business understanding.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Interaction & Conversion:
- Handle client meetings and understand requirements in depth
- Present design concepts, mood boards, and proposals
- Convert leads into confirmed projects (closure responsibility)
- Design Management:
- Lead the complete design cycle: concept → design development → execution drawings
- Create layouts, 3D concepts, and material selections
- Ensure designs align with client expectations and brand standards
- Project Coordination:
- Work closely with execution and site teams
- Conduct site visits and ensure design intent is maintained
- Resolve in office design challenges proactively
- Ownership & Delivery:
- Take full ownership of assigned projects
- Ensure timelines, quality, and client satisfaction
- Maintain strong client relationships throughout the project
Required Skills:
- Strong design sense with a solid portfolio
- Excellent client communication & presentation skills
- Ability to close clients / book projects:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp/3Ds Max, and rendering tools
- Knowledge of materials, finishes, and execution detailing
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
