Key Responsibilities
- Design modular kitchens, wardrobes and storage solutions using AutoCAD (2D & 3D).
- Create layouts, elevations, working drawings and 3D presentations.
- Conduct client site visits for measurements, space planning and design consultations.
- Understand customer requirements and provide customized design solutions.
- Prepare BOQs, project estimates and material specifications.
- Coordinate with installation and production teams for seamless project execution.
- Attend showroom customers and support sales conversions.
- Handle and maintain solid relationships with dealers to generate and support business opportunities.
- Regularly visit client locations for site inspections, measurements, project discussions and follow-ups.
- Maintain customer relationships from initial inquiry through project handover.
- Contribute towards showroom sales targets and overall business growth.

- Graduate or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Furniture Design or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
- Good Bengali, English and Hindi communication skills.
- Professional, presentable, customer-focused personality.
- Willingness to travel for site visits when required.
