Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Medchal, Hyderabad
Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month

Job Type: Full-Time | In-Office

Preferred own transport as the company is in medchal the journey might be around 45 min to one hour.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle Customer Enquiries:
- Generate and Follow Up on Leads:
- Identify potential customers, maintain lead records, and conduct timely follow-ups to convert enquiries into sales opportunities.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Sales Coordination and Support:
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding quotations, product information, order processing, and customer requirements.
- Maintain Sales Records and Reports:
- Update customer databases, prepare reports, and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Excel, Word, and CRM tools.
- Professional Communication:




Eligibility Criteria
- Any Graduate (Bachelor's Degree in any discipline).
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in Sales, Customer Service, Telecalling, Business Development, or Customer Relationship Management will be an added advantage.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required SkillsCommunication Skills (mandatory)
- English - Speaking and Writing (mandatory):

- Telugu - Speaking

Computer Skills (mandatory)
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Internet research and online communication skills.
- Ability to prepare reports, quotations, and maintain customer records digitally.

AI & Technology Skills (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, or similar productivity tools
