Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day civil maintenance activities of the hospital.
- Monitor repairs, renovations, waterproofing, painting, masonry, plumbing coordination, and other civil works.
- Ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal departments.
- Conduct routine inspections of hospital buildings and infrastructure.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities and material consumption.
- Ensure compliance with safety, statutory, and hospital standards.
- Identify and report structural defects and recommend corrective actions.
Eligibility:
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in civil maintenance and project supervision.
- Experience in hospitals, healthcare facilities, commercial buildings, or institutions preferred.
