Who we are looking for:
In this role, you will work with State Street teams from around the globe to lead multiple teams supporting some of State Street’s key clients. You will have leadership and strategy responsibility to oversee and deliver all day-to-day responsibilities of your teams in a fast-paced, flexible and exciting environment. The role will need to initiate and develop positive communication and interpersonal relationships with business operations teams and IT and to maintain the high level of service that is currently being provided to all the clients.

This is a critical leadership role within Middle Office Services, with end-to-end responsibility across “run the bank” and “change the bank” priorities. The role: Serves as a senior client-facing leader, engaging directly with client leadership teams, acts as a primary escalation point for complex operational and service issues, drives service excellence, risk management, and transformation initiatives, ensures alignment between global strategy and India delivery execution





The role requires a hands-on, outcome-focused leader capable of balancing operational delivery, client expectations, and strategic change.

- Partner with the India COO and global leadership to ensure Middle Office Services consistently meet or exceed State Street’s global standards
- Define and execute the Middle Office business strategy, aligned to global priorities and growth plans
- Contribute to business planning, budgeting, and cost discipline, ensuring efficient use of resources
- Own end-to-end accountability for service delivery, quality, and client outcomes across Middle Office activities
- Ensure timeliness, accuracy, and scalability of operations in a high-volume, complex environment
