Salary Range: 35k to 40k

Roles:
1. Accounting Operations:
- Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions, journal entries, and ledger accounts.
- Ensure accurate bookkeeping and financial record maintenance.

2. GST & Tax Compliance:
- Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
- Prepare and reconcile tax-related records and coordinate return filings.

3. Finalization of Accounts:
- Assist in monthly and annual finalization of accounts.
- Prepare financial statements and support audit requirements.

4. Bank & Ledger Reconciliation:
- Perform bank reconciliation and reconcile customer, vendor,



and ledger accounts.
- Resolve discrepancies in financial records.

5. Accounts Payable & Receivable:
- Manage vendor payments, customer receipts, and outstanding balances.
- Monitor cash flow and payment schedules.

6. MIS & Reporting:
- Prepare MIS reports and financial summaries for management.
- Generate reports using MS Excel and accounting software.

7. Coordination & Compliance:
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and internal departments.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Qualification:
- B.Com (mandatory):
- M.Com / MBA (Finance) will be an added advantage.
