Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the Amazon USA Seller Central account.
- Create, optimize, and maintain product listings with SEO-friendly titles, bullet points, descriptions, backend keywords, A+ Content, and images.
- Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display).
- Analyze PPC performance and improve ROAS, ACOS, TACOS, CTR, and conversion rates.
- Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities to increase revenue and profitability.
- Process and monitor customer orders, returns, refunds, and customer messages.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to prevent stock-outs and excess inventory.
- Ensure compliance with Amazon USA marketplace policies and maintain excellent account health.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to improve product visibility and rankings.
- Monitor Buy Box performance and pricing strategies.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales and advertising reports.
- Coordinate with logistics, warehouse,



and customer support teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Work closely with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns, coupons, deals, and seasonal sales events.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience managing Amazon USA Seller Central accounts.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon PPC campaign management and optimization.
- Strong knowledge of Amazon USA marketplace policies, FBA, FBM, and inventory management.
- Experience with product listing optimization and keyword research.
- Good understanding of Amazon SEO and product ranking factors.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and data analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a rapid-paced environment.
