Position: Finance Head

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the overall finance and accounts function of the organization.
- Prepare and monitor annual budgets, financial forecasts, and cash flow projections.
- Ensure accurate preparation of financial statements, MIS reports, and management reports.
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger.
- Manage taxation matters including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliances.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, financial institutions, and regulatory authorities.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund management activities.
- Ensure timely bank reconciliations and financial controls.
- Analyze financial performance and provide strategic recommendations to management.




- Develop and implement financial policies, internal controls, and SOPs.
- Handle budgeting, cost control, and profitability analysis.
- Supervise and mentor the accounts and finance team.
- Manage vendor payments, payroll processing, and statutory deductions.
- Support business expansion, investment decisions, and financial planning.
- Ensure compliance with all financial, legal, and regulatory requirements.
