Escape Zone Ahmedabad is looking for an enthusiastic and energetic team member to join our growing escape room business. The role combines customer service, game hosting, front desk management, and basic content creation.

Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers at the venue
- Manage bookings, calls, and WhatsApp inquiries
- Brief players before games and host escape room experiences
- Monitor games and provide hints when required
- Ensure rooms are reset and ready for the next group
- Capture photos/videos of customers and events
- Edit short videos and reels for social media
- Maintain cleanliness and overall guest experience
- Assist with events, birthday parties, and corporate bookings

Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati
- Friendly, confident, and customer-focused personality
- Basic to intermediate video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva, etc.)




- Comfortable appearing on camera and creating content when required
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with social media
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
