Key Responsibilities
- Sales Generation: Drive the team to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
- VIP Clienteling: Build, maintain, and leverage a book of loyal clients to drive repeat business.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor retail associates on product knowledge and brand values.
- Operational Excellence: Supervise store opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and compliance with company policies.
- Inventory Control: Oversee stock levels, conduct audits, manage replenishments, and minimize shrinkage.
- Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store layout and product displays strictly adhere to high-end brand standards.
- KPI Tracking: Monitor key metrics like Conversion Rate, Average Transaction Value (ATV), and Units Per Transaction (UPT).
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
