About the Role

FraudFree helps investors file complaints and pursue cases against brokers and unregistered entities for SEBI violations. We're looking for a sharp, responsible Drafting Executive who can speak directly with clients, understand their case in depth, and manage documentation cleanly through every step of the filing process.

Key Responsibilities
- Talk to clients over the phone, understand their case thoroughly, and communicate with them in their own language (Hindi/Hinglish comfortable).
- Draft a proper complaint.
- Collect, document, and organize all proof and evidence shared by the client
- Maintain proper, structured documentation for each case for smooth handling of further steps
- Proofread and review every complaint generated before submission, checking for accuracy, clarity, tone, and factual consistency
- Ensure all filings are error-free and ready for regulatory submission
- Coordinate with the internal legal/consultation team to keep cases moving





Requirements:
- Strong command of written and spoken English
- Excellent communication skills, confident and transparent on the phone with clients
- Sharp, smart, and detail-oriented, with strong proofreading ability
- Responsible and reliable enough to own case documentation end-to-end
- Ability to understand client cases quickly and document them accurately

Good to Have
- Familiarity with SEBI regulations, broker complaints, or investment/financial matters
- Prior experience in legal, compliance, or KPO documentation
