Job Title: In-Charge - Records Department

Job Summary:
Manage medical records and registers to ensure accurate, audit-ready documentation aligned with NMC requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain OPD/IPD records, discharge summaries, MLC cases
- Ensure documentation readiness for inspections
- Manage EMR/HMIS systems
- Implement ICD coding and reporting systems
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance

Required Qualifications:
- MBA/BBA in Hospital Administration
- 5+ years experience in hospital MRD

Preferred Skills:
- Experience in medical college/hospital setup
- Knowledge of NMC documentation
