About the role

We are an ad tech and game development company monetizing mobile and web inventory at scale. The Head of Supply owns everything on the publisher side of our business — which apps and sites sit on our platform, how well their inventory performs, and how much revenue we return to them.

This is a builder's role, not a caretaker's. You will inherit a supply base and a set of integrations, and you will be measured on how much you grow both. You will negotiate directly with publishers and app developers, work shoulder-to-shoulder with the demand team on fill and eCPM,



and set the standards for ad quality and traffic hygiene that keep our demand partners buying.

What you will own
- Supply growth —identify, pitch and close mobile app developers, game studios, web publishers and supply partners (SSPs, mediation platforms, aggregators). Own a monthly and quarterly supply acquisition target.
- Revenue performance —own publisher-side revenue, fill rate, eCPM, impression volume and render rate. Diagnose drops, run optimization experiments, and report performance weekly.
- Commercial negotiation —structure rev-share and floor-price deals, negotiate terms, manage renewals, and protect margin without losing the relationship.
- Integrations —drive SDK, S2S, oRTB and tag-based integrations to completion, working with engineering on timelines, testing and go-live. Reduce time-to-first-dollar for every new publisher.
