Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities across our service lines (Web Development, App Development, SaaS, eCommerce, CRM, Digital Marketing, SEO, PPC)
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and prospects
- Understand client requirements and pitch appropriate IT solutions/services
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Manage the complete sales cycle — from lead generation to closing and onboarding
- Coordinate with the technical/project team to ensure client requirements are accurately conveyed




- Maintain and update the CRM with lead status, follow-ups, and client interactions
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions
- Represent the company at client meetings, networking events, and industry exhibitions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
- 3-6 years of experience in sales, preferably within an IT/software/digital services company
- Solid understanding of IT services (web/app development, SaaS, CRM, digital marketing, etc.)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, if required
