About the Role:
We are seeking a polished, articulate, and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our premium building materials showroom team in Latur. In this specialized role, you will act as the face of our brand. Your primary focus will be building high-value networks, delivering corporate presentations, and driving premium footfall to our state-of-the-art showroom.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs):
- Architect & Designer Networking: Map, approach, and establish robust partnerships with top-tier architects, interior designers, and design consultants in Latur and surrounding regions.
- Corporate B2B Pitching: Schedule and deliver high-impact product presentations to purchase heads and directors of premium building and real estate firms.
- Showroom Footfall Driving:



Actively invite and bring high-profile architects, premium builders, and HNI clients to our showroom for exclusive walkthroughs and product trials.
- Specification Selling: Consult with design professionals to get our premium material ranges specified directly into upcoming residential and commercial blueprints.
- Brand Ambassadorship: Personally host VIP prospects and premium clients at the showroom, delivering a sophisticated, luxury experience that reflects our company's values.

Requirements & Key Skills:
- Experience: 3 to 7 years of proven experience in B2B sales, corporate pitching, or premium showroom sales (experience in building materials, tiles, sanitaryware, modular kitchens, or luxury hardware is highly preferred).
- Network: An existing, active network of local architects, premium interior designers, or luxury builders in the Latur area is a major advantage.
