Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end onboarding of new members, including welcome communication, access setup, and orientation.
- Act as the primary point of contact for member queries, support, and engagement.
- Monitor member participation and proactively follow up to improve member retention.
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly club activities, workshops, and networking events.
- Coordinate with speakers, trainers, and external experts for successful event execution.
- Manage event registrations, invitations, meeting links, and event logistics.
- Collect post-event feedback and share event recordings and resources with members.
- Publish announcements, event reminders, newsletters, and important club updates.
- Maintain accurate member databases, attendance records, subscription details, and CRM data.




- Manage operational trackers and ensure timely updates of member records.
- Support the implementation and management of CRM, automation, and communication tools.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on member onboarding, engagement, attendance, and retention.
- Coordinate with the leadership team to ensure smooth execution of club initiatives and operations.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and enhance the overall member experience.

Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Good knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and MS Office.
- Basic understanding of CRM software and automation tools.
- Strong coordination and event management skills.
- Ability to manage data accurately and maintain operational records.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
