Job Summary:
We are seeking a agile and results-driven Senior Sales Associate to promote and sell CRM software solutions to Real Estate Builders & Developers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate current leads through cold calling, networking, and digital channels
- Present and demonstrate CRM software solution to prospective Real estate & Developers
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with technical and implementation teams for smooth on boarding
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales reports
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree / Master's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
- 5 - 6 years of sales experience (preferably in software/ERP/CRM solutions)
- Solid communication and negotiation skills
- Basic understanding of CRM systems
- Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in B2B sales

Work Environment:
