A bottling executive is responsible for overseeing the entire bottling lines process of a manufacturing. The bottling executive is responsible for ensuring that the products produced meet quality standards and are consistent with customer expectations and also ensure that the bottling process adheres to all relevant health and safety regulations.

- OEE improvement - Analysis line speed, Bottle necks. Improvement plan and execution.
- Continual improvement plan for quality and Line efficiencies
- Improvement initiatives in operations, safety, quality, environment, cost and energy in the respective dept.
- Implement company’s Health, Safety and Workplace (HSE) policy and procedures.
- Ensures that the team operates in a safe and efficient manner
- Investigate hazards, risks and report incidents and implement corrective action
- SHE - Meeting safety standards and statutory norms all the time.
- Ensure complete documentation of as per IMS (ISO 22000, 14000, 45000), Food Safety System

Quality Management

- Knowledge on MS Excel and ERP system
- Identify cost improvement initiatives and make plans and get budget to implement the same.
