About the Role:
D'Genius Solutions, a digital marketing company, is hiring a Jr. Human Resource Executive for an immediate in office opening at Khar West. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, presentable, confident in communication, and interested in building a strong foundation in HR operations, recruitment coordination, employee support, and workplace administration.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate onboarding formalities for new joiners.
- Assist with daily HR operations and internal communication.
- Support team coordination, scheduling, and basic administrative tasks.
- Use MS Office tools for reports, trackers, data entry, and documentation.
- Assist in using basic AI tools to improve HR workflows, documentation, and productivity.
- Maintain a professional, welcoming, and organized office environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 0 to 1 year of experience in HR, recruitment, administration, or a related role.




- Strong command of English communication, both written and verbal.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Basic understanding of AI tools and willingness to learn new tools.
- Presentable, confident, organized, and professional.
- Good coordination, follow-up, and people management skills.
- Ability to work from the office at Khar West.

Nice to Have:
- Exposure to AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Canva AI, or similar productivity tools.
- Basic social media knowledge.
- Interest in digital marketing, agency culture, and creative business environments.
