About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Head of Salesto lead our sales function and drive revenue growth for the company.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Generation
- Own the company's revenue generation by proactively identifying business opportunities, acquiring new clients, and consistently driving sales growth.
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold outreach, strategic partnerships,
and market research.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.
- Identify new markets, industries, and potential clients to expand the company's business.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Ensure timely follow-ups with leads and prospective clients.
- Maintain a high standard of client satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Encourage repeat business and client referrals.
Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the Sales & Business Development team.
- Guide the Sales Team Lead in planning and executing daily sales activities.
- Set explicit goals and monitor individual and team performance.
- Conduct regular team meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
Coordination & Reporting
- Work closely with the Marketing
