- Role Summary

Milestone is seeking a Sr. Product Analystto join Milestone India in support of the Results Delivery Office (RDO). This role will serve as a strategic technology partner and delivery leader responsible for translating business priorities into scalable digital products, platforms, and technology-enabled solutions.

This role is ideal for a highly motivated and customer-focused technology leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable wearing multiple hats across product ownership, delivery leadership, operational support, stakeholder management, AI enablement, and continuous improvement. The individual will lead a small team responsible for both building new digital products and enhancements as well as maintaining and optimizing existing AI, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and workflow automation solutions.
