- Packaging Benchmarking, exploring various packaging formats
- Establishing Primary packaging compatibility with the product, basis analysis of product sensitivity
- Testing of Primary, Secondary & Tertiary Packaging: Dimensional parameters, Functional Parameters, Quality parameters, Dispensing Parameters




- Responsible for Designing & Development of Packaging for New Products Developments &
Promotional packs as per market Requirement.- Revamping of packaging for continuous improvements in aesthetic packaging designs.
- Responsible for development of layouts of blister/strips for R&D;, SU and EB batches.
- End to end Documentation for all projects.
- Resolution through technical support for root cause analysis of market complaints related to packaging.
- Reviewing and resolving packaging issues with factories and packaging vendor
- Conducting line trials at all manufacturing locations for new development.
- Artwork approvals for all SKU’s - Shade cards and Digital proofing
- Developing KLD's and maintaining accurate specifications & Bill of Materials for packaging materials.
- Alternate Vendor Development.

CompetenciesRequired:
Technical Competencies
- Post Graduate Diploma in Packaging from IIP or eq
